Who is ClyOps?
ClyOps is client growth infrastructure — not an agency. We build the website and systems that turn enquiries into booked appointments, then we stay on to keep it live, optimised, and current. Founded by Rajiv Karia. UK-based. Stripe-only billing.
How long from payment to launch?
Your Starter build goes live within 5 business days of payment. Hour 0 you get a Stripe receipt and an onboarding email; within 24h we book the kickoff call; from the next business day we’re building; on Day 5 we hand over.
Add-ons bought à la carte after launch go live within 48–72 hours. Growth-infrastructure bundle setup is 3 business days from payment.
What about revisions?
Your package includes one edit session per month. One session = one batch of changes submitted together (multiple edits can be bundled). Session counts once completed. Extra sessions are £25 each, invoiced one-off. Major redesigns or new feature builds are quoted separately — you’ll always get a price before any work starts.
What’s in the monthly fee?
Hosting, security patches, framework updates, uptime monitoring, your included edit session(s), and support. Response time during UK business hours: 4 hours. Channel: email all tiers; WhatsApp priority on Growth and Scale. Uptime SLA: 99%.
Refund + cancellation
Monthly fee: cancel anytime from Stripe. No refund on the current billing period; the site stays live until it ends.
One-time build fee: full refund before the kickoff call (within 14 days of payment). After kickoff, a pro-rated refund based on work completed applies within the first 14 days — under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, adjusted per jurisdiction for non-UK clients. After 14 days from payment: no refund on the one-time fee.
Payment & billing
Everything runs through Stripe — no invoices, no bank transfers. Pick pay-in-full, 2-pay or 3-pay above; the recurring monthly fee auto-renews on the same card. Invoices and receipts are downloadable from the Stripe customer portal we email you.
